Questions answered
How do credit packs work?
Buy a pack of lessons upfront at a lower per-lesson rate. Each credit equals one 60-minute One On One session that you can redeem with any verified instructor whenever it suits your schedule.
Can I reschedule or cancel a lesson?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the lesson starts. Within 24 hours the credit is used, so plan changes ahead of time.
Who sets the prices?
The PointNine team sets every session and package price. Rates are fixed and consistent across the marketplace, so you pay the same no matter which instructor you choose.
How do refunds work?
Unused credits remain valid for use with any verified instructor. If a lesson is cancelled within the free window, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
